Should your child not attend their usual session, for any reason, their normal fee will be charged. Where adequate notice has been given, i.e. two weeks notice, (re holidays etc) half their fee will be charged unless their place can be occupied by another child.
Holiday allowances
Holidays must be requested, in writing, up to a maximum of 20 days per year, during term time, (from August to September) in order for reductions in fees to be agreed. At least two weeks notice must be given.
Notice required re session amendments should you wish to reduce your child’s sessions or remove your child from the setting, a minimum of one month’s written notice is compulsory, of which full payment will be required.
Sickness
Any child showing symptoms of sickness or diarrhoea must remain away from the centre for at least 48 hours. Usual fees apply. This complies with the Health Protection Agency. For all other illnesses please refer to our Health & Safety Policy.
