Roche Pebbles provides 50 weeks of quality childcare for children aged from 3 months – 4 years old and for those aged 5 – 11 years old, after school and during the school holidays. We open from 8.00am – 6.00pm during the term time and 8.00am – 5.30pm during the holidays. (Breakfast club is only offered to 5 – 11 year olds during the school holidays). We are closed for Christmas, bank holidays and occasional inset (training days). We follow the guidelines certified by OFSTED, Children, Schools and Families, and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.

Both the indoor and outdoor facility has been equipped with resources that are age appropriate and all carefully selected to provide your child with the best possible early learning experience, whilst making it fun!

Our aim is to help and encourage your child to gain his/her first taste of independence in a happy, caring and stimulating environment, whilst emphasising upon ‘play.’ Every session is carefully planned to include as many areas of learning and experiences as possible, in accordance with the needs of the ‘unique child,’ fully promoting equality and diversity.

We aim to enhance the development and education of children, under statutory school age, in a safe, secure and relaxed atmosphere. The staff have a thorough knowledge and understanding of the value of play, which enables children to progress towards the Early Learning Goals throughout the Foundation Stage, providing a gradual progression towards life at school.  Staff training and development is always ongoing to ensure new guidelines and knowledge is kept up to date.
