Complaints

Whilst every effort is made to ensure that we are meeting your expectations and standards of care, we understand and take very seriously any feedback or grievance you may have with any aspect of the setting.  Therefore we adhere to a very concise policy on complaints and again encourage all parents to read it and date the declaration on the registration form to that effect.

Should any parent have a cause for concern about issues concerning Pebbles, it’s policies or operation, they should raise these concerns in the first instance with the manager, initially verbally and then in writing, when every effort will be made to resolve the situation. If the situation cannot be resolved by the manager or subsequently by the management committee, you can ring or write to Ofsted, at:-

About RLVP

The Roche Learning Village Partnership (RLVP) was established following the results of a Parish Survey carried out in 1997 which identified a clear need and demand for locally based training, and associated childcare, to offer disadvantaged groups within Roche the opportunity to access training, relevant to the local labour market, based within the grounds of Roche C P School.

Roche Pebbles provides quality childcare for children aged from 3 months – 4 years old and for those aged 5 – 11 years old before, after school and during the school holidays from 8.00am – 6.00pm during the term time (8.00am - 5.30pm during the holidays). We are closed for Christmas, bank holidays and occasional inset (training days). We follow the guidelines certified by OFSTED, CHILDREN, SCHOOLS AND FAMILIES and the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Framework.
